Shunt reactor or magnetic valve controllable reactor can be selected for inductive load,and the power factor is 0.8.Resistive inductive load bank has the advantages of simple operation,small volume and convenient transportation. According to the load capacity,it can be used in parallel.Load test has the advantages of high precision, convenient adjustment, no test preparation time, continuous and long-term use and so on.Intelligent test load system of generator set is divided into two parts: load group and control system;The load control of the bank is divided into local control,local control and remote control. Resistive Inductive Load Bank Application and Features1. What is the load bank used for? 2.Resistive Inductive load bank Main Functions and advantages
1. Load Test: User can load any power within rated power, and test the output capacity of under test power supply.2. The resistive Inductive load bank adopts new power consumption components. The resistance is heat shrinkable and sealed in the stainless steel pipe. 3. The steel pipe is equipped with insulated cooling fins, which has good moisture-proof corrosion performance, good heat dissipation, high insulation performance, safety and reliability.4. The resistance element has high power density, no redness, and an independent cooling fan to ensure the heat dissipation and service life of the whole system.

3. Precautions1. The equipment power cord must be connected correctly.2. Before using the equipment, confirm that the equipment is in normal state, and the insulation to ground of 500V is not less than 1m Ω.3. It is forbidden to use the equipment under abnormal voltage.4. The equipment must be safely and reliably grounded before use.5. There shall be no obstacle 2 meters away from the air inlet and outlet of the equipment to avoid poor heat dissipation of the equipment and failure of the equipment to work normally.6. After high temperature protection, the equipment shall be reset to avoid secondary loading after load cooling7. During the test, pay attention to power safety to avoid electric shock.
